You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify sl999 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. sl999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where reasonable security practices were not followed by you.
All sl999 accounts are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. sl999 does not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are processed within 1–5 minutes during operational hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, Monday to Saturday) for verified accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically instant. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Withdrawals requested outside operational hours or on public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under your own name and previously used for deposits. sl999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. This policy exists to prevent fraud and comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. First-time withdrawal requests may require additional verification steps.
sl999 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. The platform reserves the right to delay, reverse, or block any transaction that is flagged by our fraud-detection systems. Funds that cannot be verified as belonging to the account holder may be withheld pending investigation.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x (thirty times) the bonus amount before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a bonus of Rp 100,000 requires Rp 3,000,000 in total wagers before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting contributes 50%. sl999 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, or employing betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements. sl999 reserves the right to void bonuses and confiscate associated winnings if abuse is detected, and to permanently ban the offending account(s).
Bonus Funds and free bets that are not used within 30 calendar days of being credited will expire and be automatically removed from the account without compensation. It is the player's responsibility to monitor bonus expiry dates within the account dashboard.
sl999 offers sports betting on domestic and international football competitions including BRI Liga 1, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, and international tournaments including the FIFA World Cup and Piala AFF. In the event of a game error, system malfunction, software bug, or incorrect odds display, sl999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. Wins accumulated during a verified malfunction are not payable. The Company's decision regarding error-related disputes is final.
Any attempt to collude with other players, exploit software vulnerabilities, use unauthorized third-party tools, or manipulate game outcomes is strictly prohibited and constitutes a criminal offence under applicable law. sl999 employs advanced security monitoring and will immediately suspend and report any account found engaging in such conduct.

sl999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, bonus abuse, provision of false registration information, failure to complete KYC, or conduct that is harmful to other users or the integrity of the platform. In such cases, Real Money Balances may be withheld pending investigation; Bonus Funds will be forfeited.
You may close your account at any time by contacting sl999 customer support. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and verified Real Money Balances will be returned to your registered payment method. Closing an account does not extinguish any legal obligation already incurred under these Terms.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sl999 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the sl999 complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant international arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits sl999's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
